Chopt opens its first location in Midtown Manhattan. Armed with a sharp knife, fresh produce, and a vision for better fast food, we served our inaugural menu to a line of hungry New Yorkers.
With overwhelming community support, we opened our second and third locations across New York City. The chopt restaurant concept proved that speed and quality weren't mutually exclusive.
